Recent Announcements

Rev Sue Malpus has been appointed to the new position of Children and Youth Ministry Co-ordinator for the Diocese of Huron. Currently the rector of Parish of the Holy Spirit (St Paul's, Clinton, St Thomas, Seaforth and Trinity Church, Mitchell), she will begin her new ministry on September 1.

Holy Trinity, Chatham
Rev John Hodgins, rector of Holy Trinity, Chatham, is resigning effective the 31st of August.

Rev Ed Wagner, rector of St. George’s, Owen Sound, is retiring effective the 31st of July. Today is his last day in the parish.

Rev Deacon Dr David Wearne is retiring from outreach ministry at Church of the Ascension, Windsor, effective the 29th of June. He will continue to function liturgically and pastorally within the parish.

Rev Jay Koyle of St Aidan’s Church, London was elected President of the Council of the Associated Parishes for Liturgy and Mission (APLM), at their recent annual meeting.

Nick Wells was the Diocesan representative charged with oversight of the video Huron Our Story, The Legacy of Benjamin Cronyn produced to commemorate the diocese's sesquicentennial. Rev Canon Wells portrayed Benjamin Cronyn, first Bishop of Huron, in the DVD.
