New Hamburg is a community of about 7,000 midway between Stratford and Waterloo.   St George's Anglican Church is in a 2 point parish with the slighly smaller congregation of
Christ Anglican Church, Ayr, Ontario

Rev. Jesse Dymond, currently Deacon in Charge of the parish, will be named Rector when he is ordained to the priesthood on the 27th of November at 7 pm (St. Andrew's Day transferred) at the Cathedral Church of Saint Paul, London, Ontario.


Ordination to the Priesthood at the same ceremony will be Rev. David Tiessen, Assistant Curate, St. George's, London;   Rev. Bill White, currently Deacon in Charge of Christ Church, Oxford Centre, St. John's, Eastwood and St. Paul's, Princeton, will become Rector;   Rev. Rob Henderson, currently Deacon in Charge of St. Paul's, Essex and Trinity, Cottam, will become Rector.
