53rd Weekend
Archbishop Andrew Hutchison, Primate of the Anglican Church of Canada, will be the theme speaker at the 53rd Weekend which will take place June 1 - 3, 2007 at Huron University College, London, Ontario. It will be one of the Primate’s last major speaking engagements before he retires in June. He will speak to a number of themes that have been important to him during his primacy including respect, dignity, servant ministry and reconciliation.The weekend will also include informative elective sessions,to explore issues of faith, spirituality and creativity in small group settings; a benefit concert by the Three Cantors; music to uplift and enlighten led by the 53rd Musicians.
The cost, which includes meals, is $125 for adults, $100 for students (age 11-21) and $25 for children (age 4-10). Accomodation at Huron College is an additional $60 adults, $40 students, $25 children and free for children under 4 staying in their parent's room.
