Christ Church, Newbury, OntarioRegular Anglican services in Newbury (then known as Mosa) began in 1845 with travelling missionary Rev John Gunne (1815-1872). The present church was built in 1863 under the supervision of Rev Joel Tombleson Wright (1834-1911), based in Wardsville who also ministered at Bothwell, Thamesville and Glencoe.

Today, Sunday worship has a pattern of the first Sunday of each month as a traditional Book of Common Prayer Eucharist and the other three Sunday services in the month are Book of Alternative Services Eucharist. McNaughton, Newbury, Ontario
